Pork Chops and Rice

8 Pork Loin Chops, trimmed lean2 Cans Black Beans, rinsed2 Can Chicken with Rice Soup2 Cups Brown Rice, cooked1 Can Jalapenos
Lightly brown pork chops with seasoning - don't cook till done
Layer browned pork chops in Slow Cooker with a spoon of Chicken with Rice Soup on each chop. Add 1 cup of water. Cook until tender (3-4 Hours)
Take chops out of the Slow Cooker and cut/shred meat into bite size pieces. Return to Slow Cooker. Add rinsed beans, cooked brown rice and jalapenos. Add 2 cups water. Mix thoroughly.
Cook 1-2 more hours.
Serving Size: 1.5 Cups per serving
