Easy beef and potato curry

heat oil in a large skillet over medium to high heat. add garlic and cook for 30 min.
Stir in the rest of the spices cook for 1 - 2 min stirring constantly until well combined
Add ground beef and brown
When beef is cooked, add potato, broth, zucchini and flour
cook uncovered till potato is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed
Salt if it needs
