Fried Bologna Slider

Ingredients
2 Slicer buns2 Bologna - Beef - (4" diameter x 1/8" thick) slices2 lettuce leaves2 thin slices red onion2 thin slices tomato2 teaspoons mayo
Directions
1. Fry bologna slices in skillet until slightly brown.
2. Spread 1 teaspoon of mayo on the top of the inside of each bun.
3. Layer the fried bologna on split buns, add lettuce, onion, and tomato.

Serving Size: Makes 2 fried bologna sliders
