Cannellini Bean & Kielbasa Stew

Ingredients
1 lb dried Cannellini Beans1 pkg Smoked Polish Sausage (I used Hillshire Farms), halved lengthwise and sliced1 med onion, diced6 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp dried rosemary5 oz baby spinach1 qt chicken stock1 cup water1 14oz can diced tomatoessalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients except spinach in crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-6, until beans are tender. Turn crockpot off and stir in spinach to wilt.
