1 1/2 cups Whole Grain Flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 cup Sugar1/2 cup Splenda2 Egg Whites or 1/4 cup liquid egg substitute1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt2 TBSP butter melted2 large ripe banana's1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate morselsPreheat oven to 350 F. Coat an 8" x 4" loaf pan with nonstick spray.In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.In large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat sugar and egg substitute or egg whites until light and fluffy. Blend in yogurt and butter. Mash bananas with fork and stir into yogurt mixture. Stir in Flour mixture Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into the prepared pan.Bake 50-55 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.Remove from oven, Cool 10 minutes in the pan on a rack. Remove from Pan and cool completely.
