Guacamole

Ingredients
Peel and remove pit of 1 large avocado or 2 smallChop tomato into chucks about 1/4 inchChop entire scallion once clean and root removedWith fork mash avocado then add tomato and scallion mix well.Add cumin (not seed) but ground, Olive oil, rice viniger fresh ground pepper, garlic powder and salt. (I do not use salt but my husband likes a little) Taste add more viniger or oil if necessary it depends on size of avocado used

Serving Size: Serves 3 nicely Just keep doubling recipe for lrger amounts
