Curried Tilapia With Mango Salsa

1 c diced mangos1 c red onions, chopped1 serrano chile, minced1/2 c cilantro, chopped2 Tbl lime juice1/2 tsp salt2 Tbl olive oil, divided1 Tbl curry powder1/2 Tbl garlic powder1/2 Tbl black pepper4 tilapia fillets
Combine the mangos, onion, chile, cilantro, lime juice and salt, in a glass bowl, and set aside. In a small bowl, mix together 1 Tbl of oil, the curry, garlic and pepper and rub on both sides of fish. Heat remaining oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the fish for about 3 minutes on each side, or untl it flakes easily with a fork. Serve with mango salsa.
