Slow cooker Chicken Black Bean Chili

Two frozen (or thawed) chicken breastsOne large can of petite diced/crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)One pound of black beansOne can of fat free refried beans (16 oz.)
Combine two frozen chicken breasts, one can of crushed or petite diced tomatoes, and one pound of black beans (it's easier to use canned beans than dried). Set crockpot to 'low' for 8 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Shred the chicken breasts with a fork. Stir and add the fat free refried beans to thicken the chili. Easy!
