Sirloin Fajitas

Ingredients
3/4 pound top sirloin steak, trimmed of visible fat and cut into strips1 tsp olive oil2 cloves garlic, pressed1/4 cup lime juice1/4 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp oregano1/4 tsp thyme1/2 tsp cumin1/4 tsp pepper1 cup sliced red onion1 medium red bell pepper, seeded, deribbed and cut into strips4 large Romaine lettuce leaves4 Mission Tortillas, 96% fat free whole wheat
Directions
Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat. Add garlic and beef and saute for 2 to 3 minutes, or until steak is browned on the outside. Add lime juice, spices, red onion and bell pepper. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm. Place tortillas in microwave between 2 damp paper towels. Microwave for 30-45 seconds or until heated through. You can add any of these optional garnishes: salsa, low-fat sour cream, chopped avocado, chopped cilantro, shredded low-fat cheese. (but you'll need to add those to your calorie count if you do decide to eat them) :)

Makes 4 tortillas with aprox 3 oz of beef (1 per serving)
