Tomato omlette w/sautee spinach

Ingredients
2 cage free eggs (mixed together)1 roma tomato (sliced thinly)1/4 c. mozerella (shredded)A little Pam spray, garlic salt, red pepper flakes1/3 pkg spinach3 cloves of garlic (roasted over flame opt.)1/2 Tbsp olive oil2 oz reduced fat feta chz1 lemon wedge, juiced
Directions
1 serving

Spray pam into skillet, pour in eggs
Place tomatoes in, season if desired.
Sprinkle w/mozzerella, roll up, place in serving dish

Put the olive oil in the pan and coat
Slice roasted garlic, add
Put spinach into pan and sautee
Sprinkle w/feta and more seasonings
Just before it's done, juice lemon over top and stir

Pour on top of omlette, serve
