Curried lentils and squash

Ingredients
Onion,dicedgarlic, minced1 tbs curry powder2 cups squash, diced1 cup red lentils2 cups veggie broth
Directions
Saute the onion until soft,
add the garlic, squash and curry powder and saute until very fragrant, 2-3 minutes
Add the lentils and broth, bring to a boil and then simmer 15-20 minutes until lentils are done.

Serve with rice, quinoa, naan. Whatever.
