Water, bottled, 375 grams Salt, 2 tsp Tapioca Flour 1 cup Amaranth Grain, 1/2 cupBuckwheat Flour, 2 cupsMillet flour, 0.5 cupYeast, bakers, 0.2 ounce
Set for 2 pound loaf, medium color and use either gluten free cycle or whole wheat cycle. If you don't have a gluten-free cycle I really recommend only using one rise and baking it in your oven instead. Wet stuff goes in first, then salt, then flours and finally the yeast. Keep the salt and yeast away from each other and there you go=)
