Mama's crockpot stean n' peppers

2 tbsp olive oil1 lb. New York srtip steak, thin1 green bell pepper1 yellow bell pepper1 red bell pepper1 medium sized onion14. oz beef broth1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. garlic2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
Cut steak into strips. Brown meat in olive oil, then set aside and cook peppers, and onion. Mix other ingredients in crock pot and add steak, peppers, and onions. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until very tender.
Great on sandwich bread with cheese to make a healthier Philly cheesesteak. Enjoy!
