Zeke's Low Carb Beef Stew

Ingredients
2 cups Beef Broth1 cup Red Wine1/2 cup Pearl Onions, Peeled1 1/2 cup White Mushrooms, Sliced1/2 cup Celery, Chopped1/2 cup Baby Carrots1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper, Sliced4 strips Bacon2 lbs. Cubed Round Steak1 tsp. Thyme1 tsp. Garlic1 tsp. Sea Salt1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, Cracked
Directions
Cook 4 strips of bacon, pat with paper towels and set aside. In the same pan, braise 2 lbs. steak(cubed) for one and a half minutes on medium high heat. Place braised beef and all other ingredients (including the bacon - cut into small pieces). Stir well and cook for 8 hours on low in crockpot.
