Butternut Squash Lasagne

Ingredients
1 16oz package frozen spinach, cooked4 lasagne noodles, cooked1 qt 2% cottage cheese1 cup 2% Shredded cheddar cheese1T parsely4 cups pureed butternut squash2 cups silk unsweetened Almond milk4T Ihop sugar free maple Syrup1/2 t each:season saltonion powdergarlic powdercinnamonclovesgingernutmeg
Directions
In food processor: blend squash, almond milk and seasonings. Blend until smooth.

Filling: Mix cottage cheese, chia seeds, parsely,and 1 c shredded cheese in a bowl.

Line lasagne pan with frozen spinach
Cover with half of filling
Cover with squash mixture.
Sprinkle 1 c shredded cheese.
Layer on 4 lasagne Noodles
Cover with other half of filling
Cover with remaining squash mixture
sprinkle on remaining cheese.

Bake in a 350 degree oven 45 min

cut into 10 even squares

    Can't follow recipe. Chia seeds are not in the ingredient list. And I'm supposed to add 1 C of shredded cheese in 2 different places, when only one cup is listed in ingredients. Wish I hadn't taken the time to write it all down before I discovered this. - 2/2/15
