BBQ’d Asparagus Salad

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 garlic cloves, crushed1 bunch asparagus, woody ends removed2 cups Mixed salad leaves including butter or baby cos lettuce and radicchio6 baby truss or cherry tomatoes50g feta cheese, crumbled or choppedSqueeze of lemon juice
Directions
1. Preheat BBQ or grill. Combine olive oil and garlic in mixing bowl and add asparagus and toss to coat with garlic oil.
2. Cook asparagus 2 minutes each side until just tender. Remove from BBQ or grill and set aside.
3. Arrange salad leaves on platter or individual serving plates. Top with asparagus and scatter with tomatoes and feta and just before serving squeeze lemon over and season with pepper.
