Low sugar banana bread with chocolate chips

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter or margarine1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup splenda2 eggs3 medium ripe bananas, mashed2 cups flour2 tsp baking powder2 tsp baking sodadash of salt
Cream room softened butter with sugar and splenda in a mixer. Add eggs and mix. Add bananas and vanilla and mix well.
Mix in dry ingredients and then fold in chocolate chips.
Bake in loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Serving Size: Makes 12 slices
