Ingredients
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 3 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Marinated Artichoke Hearts, 6 oz jar*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 2 clovesDelmonte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, Garlic & Olive Oil, 14.5 oz Oregano, Dried, 0.5 tsp Dried Basil, 0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1/8 tsp
Directions
Sweat onion (sliced) and garlic (diced fine) in olive oil until limp. Add rest of ingredients (chop artichokes) and simmer until pepper wilt. Makes 12 0.5cup servings.
