Ingredients
5 cups flour1/2 cup warm milk2 cups milk2 tbls. brandy (secret ingredient)1 pack active dry yeast3 tsps. sugar1/2 tsp. salt2 large eggs3 tbsp. canola or vegetable oil3 cups canola oil for frying
Directions
Add sugar and yeast to warm milk. Set aside for yeast to activate (about 5 min.).

Add liquid ingredients together, add salt to liquids
Add flour a little at a time.
Mix until dough comes together to form ball

Knead until smooth ... add to bowl and cover with towel. Let rise until double in bulk.

Roll dough out to 1/2" thickness. Cut discs out with anything round. Fry in 2" of canola oil at 320 degrees approximately 2 minutes per side, flip to opposite side when brown ring forms.

Roll in confectioners sugar and enjoy!
