Creamy low fat Mac and Cheese

One Lbs Cooked pasta such as shells or elbows12 oz of reduce fat extra sharp cheddar shred2 cans fat free evaporated milk (12 oz each)2 TBSP Smart Balance Light Spread1/4 cup white flour1/2 TBSP balck ground pepper
cook pasta by directions
in sauce pan make arue melt butter and flour and pepper. slowly add milk. keep stirring until it breaks up, add cheese . remove from heat when cheese starts to melt. put pasta into a 13x9 pan sprayed with cooking spray. pour cheese sauce over top and mix together. bake in preheated oven 350 degrees. for about one hour or until cheese bubbles.
Serving Size: makes serving for 12 people
