oat burger

Ingredients
3 cups water1/4 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos1 Tbsp Beef-Like Seasoning1 tsp Hickory Seasoning1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp salt3 Tbsp Yeast Flakes1/4 cup onion flakes3 cups quick oats1/2 cup ground walnuts
Directions
Combine oats and ground walnuts in bowl and set aside.
Place everything, but oats and nuts in sauce pan.
Simmer contents of sauce pan for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add oat/nut mix. Allow to cool.
Make burger sided patties and place on oiled cookies sheet.
Bake at 375 for about 8 min on each side or until browned on both sides.
