Healthy Crepes

Ingredients
1 c. Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Flour1.5 c. Almond Breeze, unsweetened vanilla Milk3 eggs.
Directions
Whisk together the ingredients until smooth. Heat a small non-stick saute pan over medium heat. Take a small ladleful for each crepe.Tilt the pan back and forth until a perfect circle is formed. Place back on the burner. Cook until dry on top and then flip, letting it cook a half minute more.

Serving Size: Makes about fourteen 8" crepes. 3 per serving
