Brown rice (1 cup cooked), 1 serving (remove)Kretschmer Toasted Wheat Germ, 16 tbsp (remove)Oatmeal (plain), 1.0 cup dry (remove)Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)Thyme, ground, .5 tsp (remove)Marjoram, dried, 1 tsp (remove)*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 6 tsp (remove)Smucker's Org. Natural PB, 1 tbsp (remove)
Combine all ingredients and mix for 2 minutes. Pat into a greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan, top with catsup, and bake in a 350 degree oven for 60 minuts, or until lightly browned. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
