Italian Sausage and Peppers

Whole pack of Jennie O Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage3 C Green Peppers1 Small Onion, sliced thin wedges2 Garlic Cloves1C Reggano Traditional Spaghetti Sauce1/4 C Dry Red Wine1 TBS Cornstarch1 TBS Water
Place Bell Peppers and Onion Slices in the Crock Pot. Arrange sausage over veggies. Combine Spaghetti sauce ad wine mixture and pour over sausage. Cover and cook 8-9 hrs on Low or 4-5 hrs on High or until sausage is cooked through and veggies are tender.
Transfer sausage to plate and cover to keep warm.
Mix cornstarch and water mixture and pour in the crock pot. Stir and let thicken. Add sausage again or leave as is.
