Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango (or any other fruit or fruit combinations)1 tablespoon milk1/4 cup ornage juice (or your favorite)
Directions
Blend all ingreidents in blender or food precessor. You can either eat as-if in a bowl, or place in freezer for 20 minutes or more for a thicker treat.
