**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 8 tbsp (remove)Oats, Quaker, 1 cup (remove)Whey Protein Isolate - Super Advanced Whey Protein (Body Fortress), 4 serving (remove)Peanut Butter, smooth style, 4 tbsp (remove)*Splenda, 2 tsp (remove)*sugar free vanilla Torani syrup, 2 tbsp (remove)Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp (remove)Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
mix together all ingredients. press in the bottom of 8x8 pan. refrigerate for 4hrs. cut into 8 bars.
