Ingredients
Cocoa Powder, 3/4 CupSugar, 2/3 CupBrown Sugar, 1/2 Cup PackedSalt, 1 DashHeavy Cream, 2 CupsMilk, Skim, 1 CupVanilla, 1/2 Tbsp
Directions
Mix cocoa powder, sugar, brown sugar and salt together with a wisk until blended. Add cream, milk and vanilla and blend with a hand mixer or wire wisk until all of the dry ingredients are dissolved.

Cover and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.

Put in ice cream maker for 10 minutes. Store in freezer.
