Homemade Kale, Potato & Celeriac Soup

Ingredients
Homemade turkey broth 2 cupsPeas, frozen, 1 cup *Mushroom, oyster, raw, 6ozDill weed, fresh, 1/2 sprigExtra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland 2 tbsp Garlic, 6 tsp choppedKale, 8 cup, chopped - 2 BunchesWater, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 29 oz canWhite Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) 1/2 Celeriac, 450 gramEmeril's Italian Seasoning, 3 tspParsley, dried, 2 tbspSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp
Directions
Chop everything
Cook onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes
Add Kale cook for 10 minutes (until wilted)
Throw in everything else
Cook on low for 6 hours (can use crock pot on high)
