Ingredients
20 oz Elk Meat- ground1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs3 tsp Worchestershire Sauce1 Egg2 Tbsp Olive Oil3 Tbsp Garlic Powder2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
Add ingredients and combine. Form into six 3 oz patties. Refrigerate until ready to cook. Grill on lightly oiled grill.
