Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
Broccoli floweretsyellow onionceleryFF 1/2 and 1/2 unsalted butterfresh parsley (optional)3-5 fresh garlic clovesground black peppersalt to taste (optional)Progresso Low Sodium Chicken Broth6 T Flour
Directions
In a dutch oven, saute garlic and onion in butter. When translucent, add 6 T flour till smooth, add broth slowly, when all mixed add celery and broccoli. Cook till broccoli is tender then add 2 Cups 1/2 and 1/2 add fresh parsley, salt (if desired) and pepper and simmer for about 3-5 min. Then put entire soup through blender (slowly) and serve.
