Pasta Salad

16 oz of pasta (shells, rotini, penne, etc.)8oz cheddar cheese, cubed1 stalk of celery, chopped1 large cucumber, chopped3oz chopped kalamata olives (or black olives)1 teaspoon mustard seed2 teaspoons crushed bay leaf1 teaspoon celery seed1/4 teaspoon salt (or replace 1tsp celery salt for both the celery seed and salt)1 teaspoon cinnamon1/8 teaspoon ginger1 dash pepper1 - 250ml bottle of Weight Watchers Feta, Lemon, & Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing (or 1 cup of any dressing you prefer)
1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
2. In a large bowl; mix together the cubed cheddar, spices, and chopped vegetables.
3. Add the drained and cooled pasta to the large bowl and pour dressing over pasta and vegetables. Mix well.
Makes 8 240gram (or about 1 cup) servings.
