*juice, cucumber, from 1 cucumber w/peel, 1 serving (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields (remove)Pears, fresh, .5 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) (remove)*juice, kale, from 1c raw kale, 1 cup (remove)*Ginger Juice (my recipe), 1 tsp (remove)*Broccoli Juice Extracted, 100 gram(s) (remove)*Beet Juice Extracted, 100 gram(s) (remove)
Clean and juice ingredients in a juicer. Juice pulp for a few extra ounces. Top with a dash of cayenne pepper for a kick :)
