2 cups oil-popped popcorn (air-popped popcorn makes this recipe healthier)2 tbsp Land O Lakes Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter would be even better)2 cloves raw garlic, mincedNote: Garlic powder also works, but it's not as fresh tasting.
Combine garlic and butter, heat to melt butter and combine garlic and butter flavors (approx. 1 minute in the microwave; about 2 minutea past melting on the stove but BE SURE not to brown the garlic!). Pour garlic butter over popcorn and toss. Eat with a napkin!
