Cheddar cheese, gratedBrie, cubedLow sugar orange marmalade (1 T)Butter, softenedPickled pearl onions (1 T, chopped)
Combine all ingredients and mix until ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Spoon mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, then gently form into a tube so that the mixture is fully enclosed in plastic wrap.
Let mixture sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to a few days.
Slice and serve on toast points.
