Homemade Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
*Pumkin boiled, 2500 gram(s) Onions, raw, 1 medium Garlic, 2 clove Chicken stock 6 cup (1.5 litres)
Directions
Saute onion and garlic, add pumpkin (peeled and chopped) and chicken stock. Bring to boil. Simmer uncovered until pumpkin is soft. Allow to cool. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: make about 8 1 cup serves
