Moist Sweet Cornbread

Ingredients
1 c cornmeal3 c all purpose flour1 1/3 c sugar2 T baking powder1 t salt2/3 c vegetable oil1/3 c melted butter2 T honey4 eggs, beaten2 1/2 cups non fat milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

In large mixing bowl, stir the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Pour in the vegetable oil, melter butter honey, beaten eggs and milk; sti just until moistened.

Pour the batter inot the grased baking dish and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Watch the ornbread towards the end. You want it to be tuning golden and startng to show some cracks.

Remove from oven, serve warm with butter or honey or simply plain. It's amazing.
