Black Bean Burgers Organic with Hot Sauce

Ingredients
Hot sauce (Franks Red hot), 2 tsp *Market District Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs, 0.50 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large *Dried Hot Red Pepper Flakes, 0.50 tbsp *Giant Eagle Nature's Basket Organic Black Beans, 2 cup *1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder, 1 serving *Dehydrated Chopped Onion, 2 tbsp *Garlic - minced (1 tsp), 1.5 serving *Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp *Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp
Directions
Rinse, Drain Beans

In bowl combine all ingredients (except bread crumbs)

Add beans & smash with fork until desired consistency (I like to leave a little whole beans in my burgers-but get them to smash up pretty good)

Add in bread crumbs

Form into 4 patties or 8 mini burgers

In non-stick pan cook until browning & hot all the way threw

Served warm
