Chicken in curry

Ingredients
120-170 grams chicken in stripsa little chicken stock1-3 tspn curry powder75 grams red onion cut into slices75 grams carrot chopped into long strips100g mixed coloured peppers (red, yellow and green)50 grams parsnip in cubes1 cup of skim milk 1%dash of salt and peppr2-3 tspns corn starch75 gram cooked white, brown or wild rice
Directions
Fry the curry powder in the chicken stock and add the chicken strips and let them fry for about 5 minutes. Add all the vegetables and milk. Let the mixture small cook for about 8-10 minutes and taste with a dash of salt and pepper (optional)
Thicken the dish with the corn starch until the desired consistance is reached.
Decorate your plate with the rice and gently pour the chicken curry over it.
Tips: Decorate with a little chopped basil.
