8 large leaves of any Salad Lettuce torn in bite size pieces50g Wild Rocket leaves50g Baby Spinach leaves½ Cucumber sliced1 stalk Celery stick sliced1 small Spanish Onion
Directions
Mix all incredients together
Serve with your favorite dressing, I recommend olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt
