very lemony chicken scampi

Ingredients
1 tblsp. margarine spread2 6-oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into large chunks1 onion, chopped1 green pepper, chopped1 red pepper, chopped6 mushrooms, sliced1 tsp. each: oregano, lemon pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and parsley flakes1/2 cup white wine2 cups chicken broth zest of 1 lemonjuice of 1 lemon1/2 cup brocolli tops
Directions
Melt margarine over medium heat in a non-stick pan. Add cut up chicken pieces and saute on all sides until lightly browned. Add onion, peppers, and mushrooms. Add seasonings and cook until vegetables soften. Add wine and broth; bring to boil and cook 1 minute. Turn heat to simmer and add lemon zest and juice.Stir in brocolli. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
