Italian Beef

Ingredients
Flank Steak, .59 lbBeef broth, bouillon, consomme, 7.8 gramsWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)Italian Dressing mix, 1 packageBanana Peppers and some of their juice, .25 cupItalian Seasoning, 1 TBSBay Leaves, 3 leaves (or to taste)Buns or bread of your choice (not figured into calorie count)Provolone cheese (not figured into calorie count)
Directions
Put it all in the crockpot and let it cook until it falls apart. Shred meat, add to bread and top with cheese. We like to put the sam under the broiler to melt the cheese. We also toast the buns first. Times will vary with crockpots and types of beef used.
