Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
2 boxes of Dream Fields Penne or elbows, cooked al dente1/2 C diced onion1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or paprika2 tbsp butter, divided 1 tbsp flour2 low cups shredded swiss cheese2 cups shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese1/2 C whole wheat bread crumbs
Directions
Boil pasta according to package directions. Be careful not to overcook
Melt 1 tbsp butter in pan, add onion and cook until translucent. Whisk in cayenne and flour \. Cook until bubbly. Whisk in milk. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Mix in cheese, stirring until melted. Combine sauce and pasta. Put in sprayed 13X9 pan.
Melt remaining butter. Toss with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle on top of macaroni.
Bake 350*
