Hollandaise

Ingredients
1 cup milk2 tbsp cornstarch1/3 cup butter, salted1 large egg yolkJuice of 1/2 lemondash of salt
Directions
Combine milk and cornstarch in small pot. Whisk over medium heat until thick. Add butter, in pieces, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth and glossy. Turn heat to low. Add egg yolk. Whisk until smooth and heated through. Serves at least 6.
