Breakfast Biscuit and "Sausage" Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground pork1 cup finely chopped onion1 tsp. ground sage1 tsp. curry powder1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tbsp. soy sauce3 cups skim milk2 tbsp organic white flourplain or buttermilk biscuits
Directions
Saute' group pork, onions, sage, curry, and 1/2 tsp pepper over medium heat until brown and crumbling. Add soy sauce and toss well for about two minutes. Mix the flour well into the milk until all lumps have dissolved and pour into cooking meat mixture. Stir until broth has thickened and serve over biscuit halved. Sprinkle additional desired amount of pepper over top.
