Ingredients
16 oz of Silk Very Vanilla Soy Milk1 cup of assorted frozen fruit1 6oz container of lemon greek yogurt2 FRESH basil leaves1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (Redmil or Aztec, etc)
Directions
Pour all measured ingredients into a blender
Start blender (Purify or Liquefy settings work best)
Poor into a class and enjoy!
