Taterless Tater-Tot Casserole

Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower1 pound ground turkey1 cup light cream of mushroom soup1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 cup chopped onion*For extra creaminess, add 1/2 cup of plain low-fat yogurt. NOT included in the nutritional info.
Directions
Brown turkey with the onions
Rough chop and then steam the cauliflower

Mix all ingredients and cook in a casserole dish at 350 for 20 minutes or until boiling
