Crispy Crumb Pork Steaks

Olive Oil, 2 tbsp plain flour, 60 gram(s) paprika, smoked, 1 tspPork Loin Steaks 4 serving1 Egg Breadcrumbs, dry, 75 gram(s)Broccoli Spears purple sprouting, 200 gram(s)Charlotte Potatoes, 500 gramRosemary, dried, 2 tbsp
Set oven to 200C
Toss potatoes in 1 tbsp oil and rosemary
Place potatoes on baking tray and bake for 10 Min
Mix flour and paprika, dip pork into this mixture
Dip pork into beaten egg
Coat pork in the breadcrumbs
Add to the potatoes and cook for a further 30 min turning once
Serve with cooked Broccoli.
