Low Fat Slow Cooker Chicken Curry

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless chicken breasts4 cups brown rice- cooked1 can Campbells Cream of chicken 98% fat free1/2 cup reduced fat Mayo1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream2 TBSP Curry Powder1 cup sliced mushrooms1 cup sliced onions
Directions
Brown chicken in skillet. Mix soup, mayo, sour cream and curry powder together to make a sauce. Place chicken in slow cooker, cover with veggies and top with sauce. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours. Serve over cooked rice.
