Skillet White Beans with Mushrooms, Spinach and Diced Tomatoes

1 can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Garlic, Basil & Oregeno1/2 c. Frozen Spinach1/2 c. Fresh mushrooms, chopped2 Garlic cloves, minced1/2 T Olive Oil1 can Northern White Beans4.5 c. Al Dente brand Whole Wheat Fettuccine with flax
Heat olive oil in skillet. Saute garlic for approx1-2mins. Add spinach, mushrooms and beans. Cook for approx 5 mins (until spinach is thawed and separated well). Add can of diced tomatoes and simmer for about 10 mins, will gradually thicken up. While simmering bean mixture, cook fettuccine according to directions. Mix toether and enjoy!
