Ingredients
2-1/2 cups Kale (glory brand)1/2 cup canned spinach (some juice)1/2 cucumber, peeled chopped3 carrots chopped1/2 apple cored, chunked1 small banana1/2 cup mandarin oranges, or fresh oranges1/2 cup pinneapple chunks, use some juice1/2 cup orange juice5 or 6 grape tomatoes 1/2 cup fresh brocolli choppedwater if necessary sometimes, red and yellow peppers
Directions
wash and chop carrots, add to blender with a little juice. liquify
add spinach,apple, cucumber, banana, oranges, pineapple, tomaoes, brocolli. liquify
add Kale, liquify or blend for a long time.
